A couple of weeks ago, we decided to spend the weekend at a cottage with my family. A quick workout that is effective is all I needed. The scenery was so beautiful that I thought of filming it and sharing it with you. Usually when you are travelling, or sometimes at home, you simply do not have even 30 minutes for your workout. That is the time, having a quick 10 minutes workout plan is great. Otherwise, you won't do any workouts! You tell me, which one is better?
HIIT is really effective, because of the minimum resting time. So trust me on this! 10 MIN HIIT is very effective.
