Start losing weight using resistance bands! Do you have a couple of resistance bands at home? If you do, then I highly recommend you to try this full body resistance band workout to lose weight. This workout is a combination of resistance bands and body weight. It is great for both beginners and intermediate and you can do it any where. This can be a workout at home, or a workout while travelling. Here is why I love the fact that this is a full body circuit training + resistance bands. Here is how you should perform this full body circuit training: Perform all the exercises in row. Try to keep no rest or as little as possible to increase the intensity. After performing all the exercises, then you have done the first circuit round. Rest for a minute before starting the second round. Our goal is three rounds in total.
