15 min full body stretch to get rid of stiffness for beginners or inflexible. This whole body stretching routine improve flexibility & mobility. An effective way to get rid of muscle pain or soreness. You can do this several times a week or even daily for maximum results.

There are two main types of stretching:

  • Static stretching involves holding a stretch for a certain length of time and then repeating it.

  • Dynamic stretching is when you move a joint through its full range of motion repeatedly, without holding it in place.
